Unlike what you may think, demand more of the unusual sensations.
The final step of the process is to learn to trust your emotions. Learn to embrace the unusual sensations and trust that you are safe. By repeating this process over and over you will be able to accept the fear and fully understand that no harm will be done to your mind or body.
